The Committee on Finance moves to amend the bill on page one, section one, line five, following the word “authorized” by striking out the period and inserting the following:

“with the following amendment:

On page one, line six, in the name of the Series, following the words “PROPERTY ACT”, by adding the words “AND THE UNKNOWN AND UNLOCATABLE INTEREST OWNERS ACT”;

And,

On page seven, subsection 15.4, following the words “requirements of section”, by striking out the number “10” and inserting in lieu thereof the number “9.”
